This is a residential area and the quiet enjoyment of our neighbours’ is of paramount concern. This property is managed by local property management company Asset Management Property Group to deliver exceptional service. This property has a strict NO PARTY & NO FUNCTION policy & is not available to young groups of schoolies or singles. In consideration of our neighbours we request guests keep noise to a minimum between 9pm & 7am as we are in a quiet residential area. If you are holding an event contact our office as we may have another property that would be more suitable.

Rates and Inclusions
As a property managed by experienced holiday rental managers we endeavour to ensure your every comfort is attended. From our reasonable room rates based on 7 person occupancy we ensure the property is provided fully equipped for your holiday so you can arrive unpack and unwind! We provide included in our cleaning service all linen, towels, starter pack of toiletries and end of stay cleaning. The cleaning cost is $255 per booking. Mid stay cleaning for stays of 8 days or more available at a cost of $115. We do not charge additional booking fees or service charges. Hire of cots and high chair is available for $10 / day. We strictly prohibit use of the property for Bucks and Hens holidays, schoolies, or similar functions and enforce very strict noise controls over our holiday rentals in keeping with the residential nature of the area. This is strictly NOT a party house and breach of this agreement will mean removal from the property and forfeit of booking costs and security deposit. If the agent reasonably believes the booking to be schoolies the agent has the right to cancel the booking without refund prior to arrival and prevent access to the property.
